As its name might suggest, the newly opened Meat Market in Palm Beach serves a variety of meat in a “sexier, more glamorous” way than the traditional steakhouse. Signature and reserved cuts range from certified Angus beef bone-in rib-eye and prime short rib to a 30-oz Kobe beef tomahawk rib-eye, 32-oz. center cut dry-aged porterhouse and 8-oz.
