Why join the lines at Trader Joe’s, the California grocery chain known for its upbeat Hawaiian-shirt-wearing staff and tiki-bar décor, opening three (3) new stores here just this month? In our humble estimation, the must-tries include:
Spicy Seaweed Ramen.
Edamame Hummus.
Shrimp Corn Dogs.
Smoke House Pulled Pork.
Mandarin Orange Chicken.
Speculoos Cookie Butter.
Chocolate Vanilla Creme Cookies.
“Two Buck Chuck” wines (a steal at $2.99).
Come prepared, however, not to find all — or even any — of these items in stock. Part of the fun at Trader Joe’s is that a dozen new products mysteriously appear — or disappear — each week, adding to your shopping adventure.
