Delray Beach-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban has launched Selene Oceanfront Residences, a two-tower luxury condominium project at 151 N. Seabreeze Blvd. on Fort Lauderdale Beach that, at 26 stories and 300 feet, will be the tallest skyscraper on the beach.
The project will include 196 residences and 5,300 square feet of restaurant space. The two- and three-bedroom condominiums will range from 1,400 to 3,200 square feet, with a limited collection of penthouses. Floor plans will be open and contemporary, with floor-to-ceiling views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway or city skyline from most residences, which will be delivered ready for buyer customization or with optional designer finish packages that include large-format porcelain flooring in main living areas, European cabinetry and chef-inspired stainless appliances.
Designed by Kobi Karp Architects, Selene will include a host of amenities, including resort-style and lap pools, an outdoor kitchen, multiple fire pit lounge areas and a pavilion-shaded pool bar. Concierge services are available.
Construction will commence in November 2021, with completion expected by early 2024. Prices start at $900,000. Contact: 954-833-1911, seleneftl.com.
