Sperin LLC, managed by Neil Hirsch, has opened sales for Coach House, a luxury condominium project on five and a half acres at 13410 South Shore Blvd. in Wellington. The four-story project is adjacent to the Equestrian Preserve, a district created by the Village of Wellington to protect its equestrian areas, equestrian industry and rural lifestyle. Coach House, designed by West Palm Beach-based GarciaStromberg, includes 34 condominiums ranging from 2,800 to 5,800 air-conditioned square feet. Units will include chef’s kitchens, wide-plank European oak and large format stone flooring, terraces with summer kitchens and high-impact windows. Building amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, spa, library, boardroom, private dining room, catering kitchen, private climate-controlled garages, direct elevator access and a limited number of private cabanas and guest suites.

Figueras family

Professional polo player Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras was one of the first to purchase a unit at Coach House, where prices start at $2.5 million. Construction will begin this month, and the project is expected to be completed by December 2022.
