Riva to bring La Dolce Vita to Ft Lauderdale

Premier Developers has launched sales at Riva (shore, in Italian), a 100-unit luxury condominium that will rise at One Riva Way, just off Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. The 15-story tower, on 400 feet of Middle River waterfront across from George English Park, will feature 90 units ranging from 1,500 to over 2,500 square feet as well as eight penthouses (both one- and two-story). There will also be two custom units — a large ground-floor residence on the river and a two-story loft. Residences feature extensive terraces with summer kitchens, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, imported Italian cabinetry and stone countertops. Building amenities include private water taxi service, a ground-floor café, a watersports center (with kayak and paddleboard service and storage), private boat slips and a 40,000-square-foot, indoor-outdoor club area complete with 60-foot lap pool, fitness center, spa, cocktail lounge, private wine lockers and exhibition kitchen. Prices for the 90 units currently available range from $550,000 to $1.125 million. Construction is expected to begin in September, with completion scheduled for 18 months later. 954-233-3288, riva-condo.com.
