Developers Giles Capital Group, Rosemurgy Properties and Schmier Property Group have started pre-leasing the luxury apartments at their 1.1-million-square-foot Uptown Boca mixed-use project, currently under construction at U.S. 441 and Glades Road west of Boca Raton.
The 38-acre luxury apartment and retail project, West Boca’s first in over 20 years, includes 155,000 square feet of upscale retail and restaurants and 456 luxury apartments. The one- to four-bedroom residences are situated in seven towers. They will range from 718 to 1,737 square feet and feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile wood plank-style flooring, full-sized washers and dryers, frameless glass showers, impact windows and large walk-in closets. Apartment amenities include an indoor/outdoor fitness center, resort-style pool, theater, ridesharing/coworking lounges, gaming room and dog parks. The first residents are expected to move in during the fall of 2020.
Confirmed retail and restaurant tenants at Uptown Boca include Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI), Naked Taco, Sloan’s Ice Cream, L’Eggspress, Tide Cleaners, Chick-fil-A, Bolay, F45 Training, Tipsy Salonbar, BurgerFi, The Joint, Sports Clips, Silverspot Cinema, Olive U Mediterranean Grill and Lynora’s Osteria, all of which are walkable from the apartment component, which will be separately gated.
