The Trump Group, led by Eddie and Jules Trump, has launched sales for The Estates at Acqualina, a luxury condominium at 17901 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles Beach that consists of two 50-story towers. 777 Via Acqualina will have 91 half- and full-floor units ranging from 4,500 to 5,146 square feet, a 10,700-square-foot single-family home, a tower suite with 8,974 square feet and a two-story, 15,000-square-foot penthouse. 888 Via Acqualina will feature 173 units, including two two-story penthouses, two tower suites and a 9,400-square-foot single-family home. Amenities will include a spa, fitness center, multiple pools, a FlowRider for surfers, a basketball court, a beachfront restaurant and bar and 502 feet of oceanfront. There will also be an ice skating rink, Formula One simulator, golf simulator, bowling, a movie theater and a Wall Street Trader’s Clubroom complete with ticker and boardroom. Units are priced from $3.9 million; penthouses range from $30 million to $65 million. Completion is expected in 2019.
