Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, under construction at 525 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., celebrated its official topping out in January, with the tower reaching its full height of 22 stories. Developed by Miami-based Fort Partners, and designed by Miami architect Kobi Karp, Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale combines a five-star hotel with luxurious homes with unobstructed water views.
The hotel and condominium development, scheduled to open later this year, features 148 guest rooms and 83 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with each residence offering spacious private terraces and elegant kitchens complete with custom Tara Bernerd-designed European cabinetry and top-of-the-line Miele, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
Residents will have access to a variety of services and amenities, including a fitness center, two pools with cabanas, beach butler service, the signature Four Seasons spa, yachting services, a pet concierge and on-call veterinarian.
The development is over 70 percent sold, with pricing for available two- to four-bedroom private residences starting at $3.595 million.
“We have always seen a very strong interest in the lifestyle offered by Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale,” says Dan Teixeira, director of sales. “The spacious residences, with private outdoor space and abundant natural light paired with the privacy and service of Four Seasons, makes these homes exactly what buyers are looking for today.”
