South Florida is already home to Porsche Design Tower and Aston Martin Residences. And soon, another luxury automobile manufacturer will lend its name to a condominium project here.
Bentley Motors, in collaboration with Dezer Development, recently unveiled the sales gallery for Bentley Residences Miami, the first Bentley-branded residential tower in the world. The 12,000-square-foot gallery, located at 18325 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles Beach, will showcase the project and its 216 units, each of which will be 6,000 square feet. The sales office also includes a full-size model unit.
Each unit at Bentley Residences, which will rise at 18401 Collins Ave., will include an individual balcony swimming pool, top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and an in-unit, multi-car garage accessible by a Dezervator drive-in elevator, allowing cars to be securely stored alongside the unit.
Amenities at the 60-story cylindrical skyscraper will include a private restaurant with a resident chef, a cinema, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, fitness facility, pool, spa, cabanas and communal gardens.
Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2022, with completion scheduled for 2026. Units start at $4.2 million. For information, call 305-236-8539 or visit bentleyresidencesmiami.com.
