Boca Raton-based developer El-Ad National Properties recently launched sales for Alina Residences Boca Raton, a luxury condominium project that will rise on the site previously occupied by Mizner on the Green apartments in downtown Boca Raton. When complete, Alina will include three nine-story buildings with one bedroom with den to five-bedroom, five-bath units. Senada Adzem, executive director of sales for the project, said that Alina was approved for 388 units, but that she expects buyers to combine units so the final unit count will likely be lower. Condominium features include European-style gourmet kitchens, spa-like master bathrooms and expansive terraces with views of the Boca Raton Resort & Club golf course and downtown Boca Raton. Project amenities will include dining and entertainment areas, a clubroom, fitness center, yoga studio, spa, rooftop pool deck and dog park. The developer plans to break ground during the first quarter of 2019 and complete the project by the end of 2020. Units are priced from the $800,000s to more than $6 million.
