Broward, the next luxury residential market

The Related Group, known for transforming the Miami skyline through its development of tens of thousands of condominium units, is now making its presence known in Broward County.

Related, which has built and managed over 80,000 condominium and apartment units throughout Florida since its inception in 1979, is making a strategic push north, planning to invest more than $2 billion in the Broward market.

“We see Broward as a logical progression in South Florida’s luxury residential market,” says Jorge M. Pérez, chairman, CEO and founder of The Related Group. “People from all over the world are becoming familiar with the communities that lie north of Miami, including properties we’re building and selling with great success in Hollywood and Hallandale Beach. Broward has a lot to offer, and this is just the beginning.”
