Broward, the next luxury residential market

The Related Group, known for transforming the Miami skyline through its development of tens of thousands of condominium units, is now making its presence known in Broward County.

Related, which has built and managed over 80,000 condominium and apartment units throughout Florida since its inception in 1979, is making a strategic push north, planning to invest more than $2 billion in the Broward market.
