Construction is well underway at 100 Las Olas, a 46-story mixed-use project that will ultimately become the tallest residential tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Under development by West Palm Beach-based The Kolter Group, the contemporary-style project is ahead of its construction schedule, with completion expected in 2020. The developer is currently working on the 16th floor amenity deck, which will house a resort-style pool, cabanas, club room, fitness center and a “news room.” Rising 499 feet tall, 100 Las Olas, located at East Las Olas Boulevard and Southeast First Avenue, will include 113 condominiums (including five penthouses), retail space, a lobby-level restaurant and bar and a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel with meeting rooms. Residences will range from 1,501 to 3,896 square feet and will include great rooms, gourmet kitchens with Nolte cabinets and quartz countertops, expansive terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows. The condominiums will occupy levels 16 through 46. Prices for condominiums range from $800,000 to more than $2 million; penthouses range from $1.68 million to $5.99 million.
