Three local chefs will unite to collaborate and create an elegant three-course meal at the 8thAnnual Ultimate Chefs’ Dinner, an event benefitting United Community Options of South Florida, formerly known as United Cerebral Palsy of South Florida.

Each chef will prepare a dish that will be paired with wine, courtesy of Republic National Distributing Co., creating a three-course meal. After dinner, guests will have an opportunity to meet and mingle with the chefs.

The event will be hosted by Dr. Gina Loudon and emceed by Dr. Nina Radcliff. It will also feature a champagne reception, live entertainment and a silent auction.

“By supporting and attending this event, guests will be making a difference in the lives of over 1,800 children and adults that we serve with developmental disabilities throughout South Florida,” says David Perez, UCO’s assistant director of community relations. “This is a fun-filled event with plenty of great food and cocktails that benefits a great cause.”

The presenting chefs include Cristian Marquez, executive chef of Pavilion Grille in Boca Raton; Angelo Arboleda, executive chef of Calaveras Cantina in Jupiter; and Letty Alvarez, executive chef of LA Sweetz in Miami Lakes.

“We are excited to move our event to a new venue this year – to the beautiful Pavilion Grille,” Perez added.
