24  The 11th Annual Memorial Cardiac & Vascular Institute Fort Lauderdale Turkey Trot, sponsored by City & Shore magazine, a Broward County tradition that attracts more than 3,000 runners, joggers, walkers, friends, co-workers and family members for a 5-K run/walk race along A1A. 16, 17, 18, 23  Victorian Christmas Tours, when the historic Stranahan House Museum decks the halls, the walls and more with spectacular Victorian-era décor.
